My iphone 7 suddenly got blank or black screen after playing games if i connect it to pc it appear as dfu mode but 3utools cant find the iphone model when i hard restart or disconnect battery it goes into recovery mode and when restore in 3utools it appear as error -1 and then it will auto reboot into the dfu without info again is it a nand problem?
Hard to tell, a -1 error on 3Utools may point to a communication error too, bad cable, etc.. The fact that the App can’t figure out which firmware is suitable may point in the same direction too.Try using iTunes instead, sometimes where one fails the other does the job. Make sure you have an original or MFi certified cable as well.
