I’m having Bluetooth and internal speaker issues with my new iPhone 7 on iOS 10.2. For some reason I have two options for iPhone audio output under the CC: iPhone and iPhone Speaker. The iPhone Speaker is the loud option. The audio is VERY low when I select the iPhone option. Also, I have issues with connecting to Bluetooth speakers/audio devices. They just aren’t listed. I have to reboot my iPhone several times before they become available. What helps is if I switch off Wi-Fi and then they work perfectly, until I enable Wi-Fi again. However bluetooth calling in my cars always work perfectly, but I cannot play music. The meta data shows on the car radio. Very strange!
I don’t know as much about Apple as much Android, but a system reset should fix it. Don’t forget to keep anything important. Hope this helps.
