Hello, I have an iPhone 7 after a fall, which has a short of 0.13ma when connected to the bench power supply. When prompted to boot, the current temporarily raises to 0.24, but then falls back to 0.13. Nothing overheatS except PMIC and SDRAM/CPU. PPV1SDRAM line has a diode reading of 0.170ma. Am a right in thinking that it is most likely a SDRAM problem? Do I need to replace it? Thanks!

0.17 is the correct diode reading. Check the phone is not going straight to DFU mode when power is connected. If it is not you will need to find the partial short which can be difficult. Also check all the inductors around the CPU as they have a habit of cracking after a drop. If it is going straight to DFU mode try putting some pressure on the CPU and connect power and prompt to boot.
