Chosen Solution

My iPhone 7 Plus battery just got replaced with the new one. I forgot to put ‘sticker’ to prevent the battery from moving. after few months the old battery stoped working, I even cannot charge it at all. After that I replaced it with a new one. It stop charging at 3%. I opened battery setting, it didnt show at all about battery capacity. And then I also tried 3uTools, and I cant read the capacity too.

Anyone have a solution?

There are some tiny components surrounding the battery connector. One of them allows the battery charge state to communicate with the CPU/Charge Circuit. It’s not uncommon to accidentally dislodge components when disconnecting the battery and this is a typical “pry damage” symptom. Look for R2201 in the image below.

Have you tried other new battery? maybe the battery you replaced was faulty.
