Hey guys! My iPhone 7 Plus power button is not working. The button is responding, meaning it clicks when I press it and never was stuck. I used AssistiveTouch for the past couple of weeks and I would like to fix it now. I restarted the device a couple of times and did a complete shutdown but no results. What should I do at this point? Do a factory restore and DFu restore?

If it’s a hardware issue you’ll have to get the flex cable replaced. In the unlikely circumstance it’s a software glitch a backup and restore should fix it. Here’s the replacement guide if restore doesn’t help..since there’s no 7+ guide the one for the smaller version will be the closest you can get: iPhone 7 Power and Volume Control Cable Replacement
