Hi Guys, I just updated my Iphone 7 plus to the new ios 11, after the update phone isnt responding as it should, touchscreen is taking years in responding to swipes, same for the apps take !&&* lot of a time in opening up, Sound isnt working either not in calls, ringtones, games or music etc. I reverted back to IOS 10.3 and its all fine but not on ios 11 I had my phone’s screen repaired (aftermarket) because of the damage and I read somewhere its because of that the new ios isnt working I will be very glad for any help plus I live in Pakistan and to my knowledge there is no apple genius bar here. There are widespread reports of aftermarket screens not working with iOS 11. The only thing to do right now is to stay on iOS 10 (or go back while you still can) until this problem is solved by Apple, assuming they want to resolve it, or get an OEM quality screen.
iOS 11.0.3 update is supposed to have corrected some problems with iOS 11 running on an iPhone with replacement screen. It wasn’t available at the time of your post. Wondering if you are up to date and if you are still having the same issues.
