Every time I input the password the phone restarts. If I don’t input the password it will stay on. I can’t restore it because the phone won’t connect to my PC without the password. If I input the password it restarts again..
I’ve had this problem before. Don’t remember if it was the memory in the phone failing. What you’ll need to do is try running an update on the phone first then restore as last resort it sounds like corrupt firmware. To put phone in recovery mode press and hold volume down and power. Keep holding both but when you see it turn off switch to holding volume up and power and it should go into recovery mode. iTunes will then allow you to either update or restore. Restore will factory reset the phone while update won’t do so.
