I took my girlfriends iPhone 7 Plus screen to fix a customers. I put a beater one on my gfs phone and have her a few bucks lmao. Well the home button stopped sitting properly, long story short it just ripped out. I know these are not replaceable. However is is it possible to solder the home button flex cable back together?
Rewa did come out with a special flex adapter called iMesa that allows you to solder the Home Button flex back together but this really depends on where the flex tore. This would be a pretty advanced micro-soldering repair and I don’t believe every shop has this on hand.
