THe phone got really bent and now when it boots up its really laggy and freezes and it heats up a lot. I did a board swap and the board itself wasnt that bent. what could I do?
Overheating on a flexed board probably points to a damaged IC. There’s not much one can do from a DIY perspective, board needs to be tested to find and replace the faulty component, it needs undoubtedly a skilled microsoldering Pro.
