My iPhone 7 will not charge. I did a battery replacement about a week ago and tried to calibrate my phone. I was running benchmarks to drain the battery when it suddenly went from 1% to 85%. Then I continued draining the battery until it suddenly turned off. After a couple of days, I tried charging it, and here I am, with an iPhone stuck at the battery charging symbol. The iPhone works with another battery, though. What should I do?
I am just going to resort to getting a new battery. Thank you to everyone that tried to help.
It could be a bad tristar ic which controls charging and data transfer. You can have a repair shop test it, it only takes a minute and I doubt they will charge you.
