got an iphone7 with a strange problem, when charger connected it shows no charging sign and no current consumption at all, i hav changed charging flec, but same, after that i trid changing u2 ic but still same, then i changed sn2400b0 charging ic too that is known as u2101, but cndition remains same.. any idea what cud be wrong in tht device? thanx in advance.. wbr

Firstly make sure you have ruled out parts. And make sure: ·         you are using the right Tigris IC (TI SN2400AB0) not the (SN2400B0) ·         Make sure Tristar is soldered properly. ·         Check SWI circuit. ·         Check Q2101 you can jump it if required. ·         And don’t forget the battery connector.

Is the phone dead or will it boot with a charged battery. If not then there could be a short somewhere on the board like vdd main, vdd boost or a nand power rail.

I’m not an Expert on Phones, jus a ½ Ass Mechanic, but like the Gentleman said Possibly the Board is Shorted Out, Try Nother Charge Cord,USB Mite Be Faulty?? Best of Luck..!!
