Chosen Solution Son’s I-phone was working fine (3weeks over 1yr warrenty) while in the vehicle… screen just goes black! Won’t reset, you can tell Siri to turn brightness up & u can barely see a thing. Not sure if responds to finger touch- obviously because you can’t see a thing. HELP! Could be your display, could be a backlight issue. I guess the best thing, cost wise, to do. Take it to a local reputable repair shop....
Chosen Solution My daughter dropped her iPhone 5s into the toilet. We pulled it out and read how to properly dry it. The instructions said to open the device to pat out water with soft cloth. In opening the case the touch ID cable separated. I have read many questions about replacing this with a new cable (which doesn’t work) but I don’t know if I can put it back together....
Chosen Solution I recently bought an iPod classic 160g model #a1238 from the swap meet and want to hard reset the unit to make it mine how do I do that? All you would have to do is to restore it in iTunes. If it still gets recognized by iTunes when you plug it into your computer, it should ask you if you wanted to do a restore. Answer yes and it should set it up for you....
Chosen Solution After successful attempt on removing the anti-glare coating on the retina MacBook Pro screen using Listerine and only using the microfibre cloth and clean it just after removing all the left behind anti glare but when the screen dry off after the cleaning, I can see the screen not shiny like a normal screen it see like a rough texture on the screen but it’s not rough when you touch it....
Chosen Solution My samsung J2 phone started 2 weeks ago to restart on it’s own. This week I updated my software but it didn’t stop. I also tryed reinserting battery. It goes like this. First vibration, in aprox 5 sec 2nd vibration and it restarts. Kernel process consuming 300-700% of cpu. I’ve isolated the cause after lots of painstaking research and the cause looks like a faulty sensor. I’ve also decoded it and it’s pointing to an ambient air sensor (as the hardware test says)....

Did the system get a liquid spill or wet at some point? At this point you’ll need to make a detailed inspection of the logic board looking for corrosion and/or damaged components....
Chosen Solution Well, the title says pretty much, everytime i connect my iPhone 7 to my headphones, my keyboard disappears. I can’t text other people while I’m connected to my bluetooth headphones. This suddenly happened to me, it’s my first time, and I have no idea how to fix this issue. I have been without a washer for far too long, and the laundromat is eating our finances alive!! Finally, (280 dollars later), I received and installed the correct PCB and poof! Heard that awful pop and the machine shut back down :( My heart sunk!...

Chosen Solution I currently have the MacBook Pro Retina 15" mid 2015 with a 1 TB SSD (upgraded) I keep reading everywhere, including @OWC that it’s only upgradeable to 1 TB. I already have that, I need more storage! They did however tell me that the machine is capable of being upgraded. Does anyone know of a compatible 2 TB SSD?? Not sure if this is relevant for yourself anymore, but OWC has a 2TB upgrade for your Mac available now....

The Volvo S60 alternator is not the most efficient so you may want to drive your vehicle for a few days with higher revs (1500 rpm or more) and see if that eliminates the warning sign....
Chosen Solution I got a 2013 macbook air. It does not boot. Resetting the smc causes the magsafe led to blink a bit, but nothing else happens. I tried following this: MacBook Air not turning on The sponaneous boot does not work either.I stuck the ssd in another (same model) mac, and it boots just fine. I connected a usb superdrive, pressing the power button does make the drive turn on (no discs being accepted though)....

Upon inspection of the mouse i discovered that one of the contacts IN the Magic Mouse is actually loose: i can press it inwards and it even feels like there’s a spring behind it to keep in in it’s place. But the other one (on the left) is sturdy and i cant push that backwards (to the inside)....
Chosen Solution I just purchased the Magnetic Project Mat and love it, however, after my first repair with it, it started to get bubbles underneath the clear plastic covering. I’m wondering if the top clear covering is just for protection and can be stripped away or if this is required for the dry erase pen to work properly. If it’s the latter, I’m bummed that bubbles were created and I have not been able to squeegee them out....
Chosen Solution Just as the topic mentioned, some ribbon cable connectors are not locking like how the connector of circlepad works (they don’t have the plastic flap for locking/releasing the cable) , and I am having trouble with it because now the mic, the home button and probably other parts that have this kind of connector are not working. Chosen Solution Bought an iPhone 8 Plus secondhand with busted screen, replaced screen and all was working well, or so I thought. I noticed when I went into landscape mode for videos or games the screen wouldn’t go back to portrait mode until I turned on portrait lock. After some research it seems my a sensor is malfunctioning.
