Meaning it’s already been damaged....

Chosen Solution I recently dumped a decent amount of 91% isopropyl alcohol on my machine and its display by accident. I immediately powered down the machine and allowed to dry for a day and it works normally. I did have some light splotches where the alcohol appeared to get in between the glass and the LCD, and most of that has evaporated. The issue I’m more concerned about is that I have two small, very bright splotches on the LCD and cannot tell if it has really improved over the last few days....
Chosen Solution I recently removed the back glass from an iphone 8. Before putting on the new piece I tested the phone. After showing the apple logo it automaticaly shuts off. Does anybody know what could be going wrong? Doing a back glass removal without emptying the housing is a recipe for disaster. So much could be wrong it’s hard to know where to start. I would start by testing a bare-bones setup....
Chosen Solution Howdy iFixit! I bought this PSP from the thrift store because it was only $30. (Expensive Thrift Stores here haha). It works really well in most cases except for the joy stick. It hardly responds to movement, and the curser/player when you’re using it moves around on its own. If you apply pressure to the PSP in that area, it sort of starts working. From what I’ve researched, the contact from the joystick to the logic board has separated some, so it doesn’t really contact the board that well....

Chosen Solution When pressing the power button, the lights flash on and you hear the fan - but after a second, the computer shuts down. Then after 2 seconds starts the process over again. Once it is in this state, the only way of stopping it is by removing the battery and the power cord. Update Thanks. I sent the computer to HP and they replaced the motherboard. Sounds like the BIOS has been corrupted....

It didn’t work. moe, the first thing I’d do is to attach it to an external monitor. If the external monitor comes on, it is something with your LCD. Could be the cable, the inverter or the LCD panel itself....
Chosen Solution I brought a new LCD screen without backlight on eBay for my Canon 1100d to replace the damaged screen on the camera. Does anyone know if the backlight is suppose to come off the back of the LCD panel, it appears to be soldered in. The backlight looks like a white plastic membrane and looks difficult to remove without damaging. Thank you Mark Bowles In most cameras and smartphones the back light is integral to the display assembly, and if it’s possible to separate them in order to replace one but not the other it would probably be classed as an expert repair....
Chosen Solution MY 2year old pee’d on the back of my phone while still in its protective case. The phone continued to work perfectly for several hours until it began to show water damage. I tried several time to turn it off but it would turn its self back on. After plugging the phone into the charger and force turning it off with power button and home button the phone would not come back on instead it began to make a bong beeping noise every few seconds....

Chosen Solution Monitor is a A1407 EMC 2432. When I plugged in the thunderbolt and power to my MacBook pro it freezes and reboots. Nothing shows up on the monitor. Chosen Solution Iphone SE I tried to change my lightning connector after I had some charging problems. After the replacement, the phone started but when I putted in a charging cable, it started charging till it had a battery percentage of 8%. Afterwards it still did show the electricity sign on the right corner of my screen but it didn’t go higher then 8%.
