Chosen Solution Hello, does anybody know if the stand can be removed? Does this “card trick” still work? I´m not talking about VESA mounting, I would just like to remove the stand and connect it later again… No, the new thin series iMacs use a different design which prevents removal externally.
Chosen Solution when I insert my simcard it says network not available Hi @sphembelu , Try you SIM card in another network compatible phone to see if it works OK. If it works it proves that the SIM card is OK Try a different known working network compatible SIM card in your phone and see if it works OK. If it also doesn’t work in your phone it proves that there is a problem with the SIM card reader in your phone....
Chosen Solution We have a iphone 5s in our shop for data recovery. The phone had liquid damage (or so the customer says) we didn’t fine much or any sign of corrosion on the logic board. The phone turns on but does not pass the Apple logo. We preformed ultrasonic cleaning and got the phone to go to the iTunes screen which says the phone is in recovery mode after plugging it in....
Chosen Solution i keep getting suds error three possibilities, 1. remove your soap Despenser drawer and check to see if there is a build up of soap in the compartment the drawer slides into. this is most likely if you use powered soap. 2. the pressure switch is bad and needs to be replaced. the pressure switch is located on the right wall of the washer under the top close to the rear....

Chosen Solution Hey, A few years ago I bought this TV and after about a year it started to not receive cable though cable input. We had our cable come out an look at the line. They tightened the cable line it seemed to work. Then a few mounts ago it completely stopped receive cable though cable input. All the other inputs work fine; HDMI,RCA,RGB… Except the cable input. I hooked up a VCR to the tv via the cable input and nothing, when I connect it via RCA it works....
Chosen Solution i succesfully followed the HD replacement guide for my iBook and installed a new hard drive. But there is a problem with the close lid switch that put the mac in and out of sleep when opening and closing the lid. When closing the lid the screen is still on. if i manually put the computer into sleep. It doesnt respond to opening of the lid either. Any ideas what connectors or cables to check?...

I was replacing touch screen on my iphone 7 when i was finished i tried to charge my phone after minute or two nothing was happening so i once more opened the phone and noticed some think in the connector has liquefied and then solidified. Chosen Solution I need a 7/17 pin adapter to plug the 970 EVO Plus into MacBook Pro 15” retina A1417 system. Don’t mess with those adapters - they don’t work correctly and kill the SSD with high CRC errors which actually prematurely wears out the drive. You’re going to spend twice as much on SSDs because what will happen is the adapters make it “work”, bit DO NOT account for the firmware compatibility causing the CRC errors....

This battery performs pretty well, but the battery adhesive started to fell off from the case, and it is flops around when I carry the machine. Should I contact the iFixit support? Chosen Solution I was working on my MBP model a1211 today, when it suddenly shut down by itself. I immediately thought low battery, so i plug in the charger. Charger light came on " green", but never changed to the " orange" charging mode. I checked the battery, it was ¾ fully charged! Why did my MBP shut down suddenly. Luckily, I was twice today, 3/23/2014, able to get the laptop started, just enough time to back up important work files, before it would shut itself down again....
Chosen Solution I’ve got a unique issue. My beloved laptop has started to not charge. I plug in the adaptor - it shows no light, and remains dead. However, if I leave it for a few hours, it’ll start charging. It’s not a problem with the charger (I’ve tried 2, and they both work with a different laptop right away), and I’ve done an SMC reset. I figure the issue could be either with the battery, or the left IO board....
Chosen Solution lost prime on pump. Machine sat for a while not being used. Doesn’t flow water thru.. You can use a turkey baster/ear bulb/etc to force-prime the pump; often they get airlocked when sitting for a long time. Fill the bulb with water and fit it into the water intake hose, then with the pump running squeeze the bulb to force the water in. As soon as the water starts to flow easily turn the pump off, put the hose back into the water tank and continue priming....
Chosen Solution I currently have a regular queen sized mattress but its firm but it was new and free. it is also uncomfortable, so I purchased one of those foam mattress toppers to put on top of the mattress. Now I sleep better but the problem is even though the topper is supposed to be queen sized …it slips and slides and doesn’t meet all four corners of my existing mattress....

I have had good luck in the past with resetting appliances , but I cant find anywhere , how to reset this one. I can not push the heated dry and high temp, since I choose them in the mode cycle. It will pump the water in the dishwasher and pump it back out, but will not wash :-(...
