Chosen Solution Hi So I dropped my iPhone Xs in water and it died a few minutes after. I followed the guidelines and let it air dry for a few days under a semi-warm lamp and low humidity room with a dehumidifier. I then put it on charge, but to no avail, the phone was fully dead. BUT then I took it off charge, and suddenly the screen turned on (with lots of funky colors) for a few seconds, and then it went black again....

Chosen Solution I’m looking for experienced feedback from people who have used an 8 GB of RAM with a 2015 MacBook Pro with the stock drive to run adobe CS 5 programs simultaneously. I had a 2010 machine and was able to upgrade my RAM myself but apparently Apple is going the extra mile to make money by soldering the chips to the board so you can’t upgrade the newer models on your own....

Chosen Solution I have this tablet and used it once. Now after charging, it won’t turn on. What am I doing wrong? Do I need a sim card to make it work? That did not do anything. Have you tried holding down the power button? Just try that first, hold it down for a few minutes and see what happens. If that doesn’t work, I did a google search, it looks like there is a reset hole in the back that you press, then hold down the power button for about 5 seconds....

I’m afraid I may have tripped the boobytrap replacing my screen for the 2nd time. Apple ran a remote hardware diagnostic (over the phone) and everything came back as operational yet Face ID still doesn’t work....

Chosen Solution I purchased V8 Absolute plus in January this year. The hard floor roller has lost a bit of it’s stand up brush part between the red and blue section. This is hampering performance. Chosen Solution the screen works and i can see everything but it wont work when i touch the screen. and nothing is new on it has had past water damage but was long time ago. jedd, there a few things that can cause this. Could be a bad digitizer (most likely that it has failed). It could also be that the connector is corroded or has become dislodged, as well as a bad digitizer circuit on the logic board (least likely) I would start by replacing the digitizer....

Chosen Solution There are no dash board lights (except check engine) no tail lights, brakes and turn signals work. Fog lights don’t work either. I replaced fuses interior and under hood, still nothing. Should I replace the relays too? I don’t have any other ideas Hi, Are you sure that it is the check engine light and not the service vehicle light? Here is a video to explain the difference. If none of your lights work then you may have a problem with the BCM (Body Control Module) which would have to be checked out by a dealer....

Some website indicated that to resolve this, I need 4 transistors, a Mosfet and a resistor. Chosen Solution Hi, my Mini Display Port is somewhat loose and works sometimes and sometimes not. Does anyone know how to replace it? or is it impossible? Thx ;-) Old thread, but I found this because I have exactly the same problem. Apparently the display port is soldered to the mother board, so you need strong technical skills to do it yourself. My guess that most technicians would advise just changing the logic board :/
