Chosen Solution After making a strange noise, my Lenovo Ideapad 700 laptop turns itself off, with blue display- " Your PC ran into a problem", then it says something about “media test failure” ,and opens boot menu with option to select “PCI LAN:Realtek PXE B03 D00”. Chosen Solution Hello I have seen other posts about this across the website, but for some reason the issue is still persisting. I bought a LCD to replace my damaged LCD, but the digitiser seems to be touching the LCD and creating a weird bubble effect under the digitiser. I have taken off the film over the front of the LCD. I have checked behind the LCD to see if any dirt or anything is stuck behind it, and also the metal plate also, but nothing is there....

Usually it’s sand or grit interfering with the lens extension mechanism. Or the camera’s been dropped with the lens extended. Chosen Solution where is the cmos battery on toshiba C55D-B5310 Ray Cisco it does not have one. This computer uses the regular main battery for this purpose. It also uses a capacitor for retaining some of the settings. That is the reason why removing the battery always results in a clock reset however settings such as CMS/EFI boot remain. I found the template where it would have been, but, no battery or battery holder or any kind of connection....

Chosen Solution I have bought a brand new ADATA SU800 SSD for my macbookpro (early 2011 running sierra). I tried installing from USB but everytime after advancing for a while (even upto 80%) macbook looses SSD. All logs refer to be unable to write on the disk. I use ‘Disk Utility’ first to remove partitions (works perfectly) but after loosing the disk, ‘Disk Utility’ doesn’t see it. I also tried fdisk on the shell with the same result....
Chosen Solution Something that has been bothering me for a while. My 2017 Macbook Pro 13” only gets 2-3 hours of battery life with me barely doing anything. This is compounded with the thing running stupid hot and the fans coming on almost all the time. Battery was replaced with the top case about a year ago, but issue was happening before that too. Chosen Solution I can push down the left most side of the home button and the right side will pop out just a little out of the hole. The button still functions, although it does need more force to activate. This does not happen on my iPhone 4. I’m not sure if this is a button, gasket, or something else issue. refer to this guild on the site. odds are it just needs to be replaced....

Chosen Solution my phone was on about 14% when i went to go look for my charger and when i tried to plug it in it died and i left it on the charger and the apple logo just kept popping up and then when i would unplug it my phone would show the red battery screen so i plugged it back in for the rest of the night and the red battery screen still came on so i unplugged it and plugged it back in and now its stuck on the apple logo i dont know what to do i need to get my phone to turn back on im about to try the infamous hairdryer trick and then after that im giving up :l....
Chosen Solution I recently purchased an iPhone X from a friend , with broken screen and rear glass , I could not test the cameras because the screen was totally damaged but I manage by randomly touching the broken screen to turn the flash ON , I started repairing from the rear glass, removed every piece of glass carefully with a spot heater and a razor, the glass near the camera was a bit hard to remove so I used some force , the new glass was fitted perfectly then I continued with the screen replaced it carefully and it was a success, but when I unlocked the phone face ID both cameras (rear and front) were not working neither the flash that I was sure that it was working before the repair....

I know I could replace that bit of fur but ideally I would like to add back fluffy fur onto the existing fabric, to protect it. I don’t mind how long it takes. I have found a source of wool fleece to use. Is it possible? You could sew on the wool fleece to the bald patches, or customize it like by adding bits and pieces of patches to the bear like a hobo-ish theme....

Chosen Solution My iPod died the other day, when i got home I plugged it in to charge. It started doing a reboot loop. That went on for about 20-30 minutes and then stopped. Chosen Solution I followed the video to replace the screen on the iPhone 5s but it did not boot up as identified in the video. So I went back to the original screen and it is now stuck in the boot mode. I would like to return the screen iFixit sent me. Ha. Don’t give up so easily. This does happen. Sometimes from swapping a display. You can put it into dfu, and then restore to a backup Open iTunes and connect the iPhone to your Mac....
