A few times, the laptop has just randomly shut down out of nowhere and on two occasions I have not been able to turn it on without plugging in the charger. As soon as I plug in the charger and turn it on, I can unplug the charger and the laptop will work fine off the battery. Doing an Apple Hardware test, it will not past the Memory Test....

Chosen Solution Put the AirPods through the wash and microphones stopped working. Any tips on fixing this? Ultrasonic bath in distilled water? Soak in isopropyl? Surprisingly the audio is still gtg. Unfortunately, running these in an ultrasonic bath or soaking in ISO won’t fix them. The Airpods are not designed to be taken apart and not designed with repairability in mind. I would advise against trying to soak these in any liquid as there is no way to remove the battery let alone disconnect them without destroying them....

Reluctant to say it may be the water inlet valve as you would think that if it didn’t close to shut off the water that the water would be entering the machine all the time, but you never know....
