Chosen Solution I want to replace the microphone, but I can’t find it inside the phone. Where is the microphone inside the phone? Even the service manual doesnt show. Richard From my service manual “The bottom part of the clam (front housing) contains the keypad, transceiver printed circuit board (PCB), microphone, flex connection,external accessory connector, smart button, volume buttons, and voice button. I bought a 13-inch (2009) MacBook Pro on eBay for parts but I found that it’s missing the little display data cable bracket on the left hinge! :/ iFixit doesn’t sell those little brackets, and I haven’t seen them on eBay. Chosen Solution There is a bar on the bottom right hand side of my screen that comes up and says MOCA and 4 bars showing like on a cell phone. This appears on every channel. What is this and what does it mean? @cshovar that is the indicator for the signal strength of your connection to the TV (MoCA stands for the Multimedia over Coax Alliance) and yes it is very similar to your cellphone displaying the signal strength bars....

Chosen Solution I have a iPhone that I’ve been using without a casing all along and now the cracked digitizer final gave up on me, plus the aluminum body is quite badly banged up. Can I just get my bro’s phone (which he’s not using anymore) and pop in my current motherboard, and expect it to just work? I’m trying to avoid going through the backup and restore process cos bro’s got some stuff in there that is preferably not erased so I’d rather preserve that other board....

Chosen Solution So about ayear ago I replaced my ipod classic battery and everything has been perfect but this morning the ipod refuses to charge unless its in the “connected” mode. If the ipod is ejected the charging icon disapears and gets no charge, the only way to get around this is to enable disk mode when keeps it connected until i manually eject. This is not ideal as it also means mains usb chargers wont work or USB power banks....

The keys are so sensitive-meaning they repeat faster than I can type so when I look at the screen the word look is loooooooooook or the word screen is scrrrrrreeen....

Chosen Solution I replaced a shattered iphone 4 screen and while attempting to disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard, one of the four little copper pieces on the motherboard came off (i think this is the battery connector?). after the repair, i placed the piece back in its place, and hoped that the battery would hold it there. The phone turns on and works like normal, but every 10 minutes it reboots to the apple screen....

Chosen Solution I have a 2011 Macbook Air 13" that has a screen problem. Primarily, the red channel seems to flicker off and on, also sometimes the image freezes where the mouse cursor doesn’t move. Putting pressure on the screen seems to make the problem stop, particularly if I press against the back side of the screen like if I were closing the lid. It doesn’t take a lot of pressure to make the screen work again just the amount that it takes to put forward pressure against the hinge, but as soon as I let go the problem comes back....

If you search online for Ninja Ultima BL810 parts you will get results for suppliers Here is a link to one supplier. It’s shown just to give an idea of the cost of the part. Chosen Solution I just installed the Atrac CD software. And this pops out. “You are logged on as a Limited account user. Some functions are not available. In order to have access to all SonicStage functions you must log on to an account as an administrator or Power User privileges.” I already am logged in as an administrator. Am I still missing something? I am using a Sony Vaio laptop CS series....

Chosen Solution Is the 16 Gb Logic Board A1460 compatible with 32/64GB Logic Board? As long as it is still the GSM version, then yes. You can swap the 16, 32 and 64Gb version between the tablets. The only difference on the boards are the memory chips.

Chosen Solution Hey, Is there any way to find the specifications for a torn and self repair try gone bad display connector on the logicboard? This one looks really aweful: Any suggestions how to fix this? Is this even somehow fixable? Getting the connector is not going to be the hard part! Patching the missing pads and wiring them up will take some effort. Unless you’ve done the work of tracing lines and patched logic boards I think this is a very big project for a DIY....

Chosen Solution I have MBA model no. A1466. (out of warranty) From past few days it’s backlight has suddenly started flickering. At first, frequency is very low but later it increases and then eventually the screen goes black. I’ve tried resetting SMC and PRAM but in vain. Any ideas ? Clean liquid damage from the inside.

Chosen Solution There are a lot of similar questions out there but I have not been able to find a good answer… On start up, 10-15 seconds after I hear the chime my MacBook Pro shuts down. I’ve removed the bottom case and observed the following: A ton of dust which I removed; No help.Both fans kick in on start up but then everything shuts down. This is both with battery and power adapter....

Chosen Solution While connecting a LogiLink Solar Charger (http://logilink.com/showproduct/PA0055.h…) to my MacBook Pro via USB it went off immediately and shows no sign of life since. The Magsafe light is neither green nor amber nor dim: it’s off; the very same Magsafe unit however works flawlessly on another MacBook Pro, including the green/amber light. When the battery indicator button is pressed, not a single led goes on, despite the battery was on 100% when the incident happened....

Chosen Solution Two months ago the system became sluggish, so I ran the hardware diagnostic tool and it gave the error 4SNS/1/C/0000008:TC0D–124. The battery was weak and would only run for 2 hours. A few days ago , it refused to turn on. The battery is dead as the battery indicator lights blink 5 times. The light on the magsafe when connected is green. Chosen Solution Hi guys! I have this issue on my MBP - after my laptop fell down on the floor the screen changed the color. Now instead of black I see green, some dark colors turn into flickering green. If I move black object around the screen - the green flickering shadow follows the object. First couple weeks the problem disappeared after a while - just don’t disturb it ~10 min and the colors come back to normal condition....

Chosen Solution MY moniter fell off my desk and im looking for a replacement panel so i looked on display specification and it says the panel is named LSM270HP06-G01, all the panels i can see look flat, and the moniter is curved.
