Chosen Solution I replaced a screen on a 6s that the customer hasn’t used in 4-6 months. Upon disassembly I noticed many screws missing and the metal covering for the ribbon cables of screen to lcd was missing. After the repair, only when on a charger, the screen will show the black apple logo on a white background. This will stay on 1-5 seconds before going black. After a few seconds it will repeat....
Chosen Solution Up until this week my Ipod has charged succesfully with my computer (which I’ll admit can be tempermental with it’s usb ports) but now all I see is an image of a battery with an alert symbol and a message that says either “Charging, Please Wait” or “Connect to Power.” At first I thought it was my laptop because my laptop no longer registers that my Ipod is plugged in (it usually asks if I want to scan for viruses) neither does Itunes or My Computer....

I have had no luck the past 6 months to source a microphone, but may have the opportunity to buy a 21” and use the microphone. Chosen Solution Are the screws the same diameter and does the old and new 3ds both have the same parts? Hey Archie! Comparing these two guides I found that the some of the screws are the same size and head type Phillips #00. Although the two devices have some similar components, the layout is a bit different once you get inside. Check out the guides for the older 3DS and let us know if you have any questions....
Chosen Solution Hi everyone, I succeed to get an SSD (MZ-JPU512T/0A2) from a water damaged MacBook Air 2013. I tested it with a OWC Envoy Pro USB 3 enclosure and it works great! At work, i got the late 2012 21.5 iMac 2.9Ghz. I would like to know if this SSD is compatible with this iMac. Like that I can upgrade it with this SSD. Hope it will do! Thanks for your answers!...
Chosen Solution I bought a second hand MacBook Pro, there are 6 keys that don’t work: Q, 1 and lower brightness and backspace, volume up and volume down (I’ve grouped them in threes because of their very close proximity to each other). I’ve reseated the keyboard connector on the logic board and even cleaned the contacts but no joy. There is no noticeable liquid damage I found whilst inside the MacBook and the actual keys seem perfectly in order....

Chosen Solution I accidently dropped my j7 pro at the back and it keeps on vibrating without actually turned on when I tried to turn it on. Please help me as im a student and I cant afford to buy new phone @studenthelp could be a bad LCD. you need to open up your phone and check to ensure that all ribbon cables are still connected etc. If so, you do want to consider replacing the display assembly first....
Chosen Solution Kenmore He washer will not spin. It drains, but no spin. Also smells when trying to spin. Its probably the rear bearings going bad causing the belt to slip. Usually these will have a problem with the spin shaft breaking away from the tub and the bearings, spin shaft, belt and possibly tub will need replaced.

Chosen Solution Hello, I work at a pawnshop and repair laptops now we got in this Samsung Ultrabook 5 Series. And i got this weird problem going on.: The laptop keeps rebooting at startup. I cannot enter the recovery state (F4) but i can access the bios (F2). I have tried everything but nothing works. The weird part is that when i choose in the BIOS to boot trough a UBS with windows 7 it boots the USB and installs windows fine :S As soon as i remove the USB and ask the laptop to startup from HD it keeps rebooting again....

Chosen Solution Well I bought an iphone 4 16gb It had water damage so i did the usual isopropyl alchohol cleanup. Iphone booted up just fine and everything is working except for the camera and some error with the power button, headphone/volume part. I did a little research and i found out that the camera problem is because something on the logic board being chipped off while changing the lcd screen....
Chosen Solution I replaced the front panel assembly on this iPad a1474, and after reapplying the front panel to close the device, I noticed a spot that looked like liquid underneath the glass. I turned on the display to check the lcd, and it looked fine. Tapping on the front glass caused discoloration around the spot. Fearing I damaged the lcd, I opened the device back up to find the spot disappear, and the lcd now not distorting when pressed on with a cloth....
Chosen Solution I recently opened my 2010 Macbook to find that it was no longer level on a flat surface. It teetered when I pressed down on the bottom, left surface. Moreover, the lower case looks bent, but I am having a great deal of difficulty discerning whether it is the case or the display. If pressed, I would say it is the lower case, but it has been pointed out to me that the lower case would be extremely difficult to bend without breaking or shattering....
Chosen Solution My Macbook Air was not charging when plugged in (green light not coming on) so I replaced the magsafe port and it still wont charge. Sometimes if I leave the Macbook unplug for a few hours and then plug it in, it will charge. I’ve also reset the SMC & PRAM. Update (03/26/2018) I had the MagSafe plugged in and was lit orange as charging. I decided to try an SMC reset while it was actually orange lit charging....
Chosen Solution Hi, I have a 2010 13” 2,4ghz MacBook Pro. The computer does not boot and would kernel panics usually. Here is every OS I tried Snow Leopard Installer On USB : Goes to Apple Logo and tries to boot but kernel panics halfway. Yosemite On Internal Drive : Boots halfway crashes and has shows some error log text and has a “NO” sign a few seconds later (occasionally kernel panics) Yosemite On USB: Same issue as internal drive Yosemite Install USB: Boots, but “unmounting disk” error when installing This computer seems to be very tempermental....
Chosen Solution After replacing the battery (bought on ifixit.com) according to the step by step guide, my macbook pro 13 early 2011 often stops abruptly when it is not connected to the power adapter regardless of the charging level. I believe I did everything correctly. I have already reset the SMC and calibrated the battery, but I didn’t solve the problem. Could anyone help me please? my advise is put the old battery back and see if still doing like that....
