I found some ram stick of DDR2 PC2-6400, and those are usually backwards compatible in most mainboards, but i don´t know if this is the case. Chosen Solution Is the ps5 a universal voltage device like the ps3 and ps4 devices? Maybe yes. The term they use is “dual” voltage meaning 110-240volts but look at the label on the “brick”. It will state what voltage and 50 or 60 Hz or 50-60Hz. All you need to do is change the “figure 8” mains voltage power cable. But Daniel is correct it can vary from region to region so just look at the label and see what it says...

Chosen Solution my vectrex works..but have only half the screen lit up My best guess on this (and it is just a guess) is that one of your backlight tubes has gone out. All the half-screen issues I have seen have this same problem. What an awesome piece of equipment. To bad that there is not a whole lot of info out there about your particular problem. I think it is time for some research before you get it all resolved....

Chosen Solution I’m going to replace the keyboard of an otherwise mostly unused Macbook Pro 13" mid-2014. It came from a family member who spilled whiskey on the kb. I’ve tested it out and everything looks fine. Mic, trackpad, battery, etc. I’m looking at this hefty guide and I’m wondering if there’s anything I can avoid since I’m just trying to get at the keyboard then put everything back. Chosen Solution Asus Laptop N56J running Windows 8.1. I want to run an external monitor as my only source of a screen for my laptop while it’s at my desk. Any time the lid of the laptop is closed AND a game is running (have tested steam games and independent from steam, like GW2), between 2-5 minutes the laptop hibernates. If the lid is up, there is no issue. ALL power options are set to avoid sleep and hibernation with and without the power cord....

Chosen Solution I have a MacBook Pro 13" model, that I have owned since Dec 24 2012 (it wasn’t a Christmas gift). I managed to spit Mountain Dew on it, not pour but spit, as you guessed it stopped working,but after letting it dry out it worked fine, so I kept using it after cleaning the top of the logicboard. But, then out of nowhere it stopped working again, so I sent it to a technician and they cleaned it again and got it to turn on, but literally a few hours later, again it stopped working, so I opened it up and cleaned the other side of the logicboard....

Chosen Solution I am only able to use the LOGITEC H800 while charging the device. It will not work when unplugged from the charging point. Hi, It seems as though the battery in the headphones is failing to hold its’ charge. Even rechargeable batteries have a life span. Here is a link to a video that shows how to ‘modify’ the battery. Chosen Solution hello, trigger switch went out on my grinder, I replaced it and unit runs but lots of sparks off brush commutator union. Unit slow to rap up also, What do u think ? I don’t know this particular device, but normally the brushes are in a brass housing and a spring presses them against the commutator, keeping them in contact as they wear down. I suspect the spring is not properly installed or located how it should be....

Chosen Solution Hey guys, Shortly, the internal 500 gb HDD crashed on my old MacBook Pro (early 2011). So I bought a new 240gb SSD as replacement. Problem is that the mac won’t find the SSD when booting up from a USB-stick or in disc utility in safe mode. In other words the SSD won’t pop up in any modes although it’s internally intact. The internal SATA-cable is functioning well, I connected my old HDD which popped up directly when booting the mac from the USB....

Update (02/17/2018) @danj The hinge piece has been broken off. Do I have to buy a new screen or can I solve it in another way? Chosen Solution So I have this MacBook (late 2009) which doesn’t power on. I got it this way so I’ve never seen it running. When I press the power button the cd drive spins up as there is a disc in there, the sleep light comes on and the fan comes on. That’s it, no other activity even after repeated attempts to reset the smc and pram. Plugging in the charger charges the battery but turns it on instantly when it’s connected....

MacBook Pro 13" Retina teardown If you think your battery is having troubles you should bring the system to a Apple Store as its likely covered under warranty (less than a year) It is possible however apple has made it so that you have to replace the top case in order to replace the battery as it is part of the top case....

Chosen Solution When i turn my TV on, the LED goes from red (standby) to blue (ON) i can hear a “clicking” noise(relay?) and it shuts off (LED red - standby).
