I want to know plz, the shortage capacitor is in the img 1. i dont have the donar board, (there is no schematic for intel board so i dont know the capacitor value) If i jump two pads (img 2 - img 3) its a solution?...
Chosen Solution I recently received an iPhone 6 Plus, with a cracked screen. The original screen did not work, but when connected to a computer, the phone would go into a bootloop, from the apple logo, to charging logo, then off I believe. I tried to replace the screen, however I mixed up with connecting the wires to the board. The screen cable was then useless, but the phone itself I have no idea what could be the problem....
Chosen Solution So I bought iPhone which came with original battery that said it had 80% health but I could use it maximum 30 min and replaced it with replacement battery but life on this battery isnt very good either. If I leave disconnected from charger at night in the morning its dead so even when its not doing anything its discharging. When the battery drops below 25% its start to lag and its unusable actually and sometimes this percentage at when its starts to lag varys, also now it lags when it has 60%....

I resoldered a known working speaker on to the ear speaker/proximity sensor flex cable but still can’t get it working so it looks like a problem with the cable itself. there looks to be a small chip on the cable. Is this responsible for the ear speaker working? And is it possible to replace it with a working one....

But the adhesive for black is not available , Can I buy white and will it fit as same as the black one?If for both it is same then what is the difference b/w the both adhesives? They are identical in dimensions, however the white one has white top and bottom bezels, so it looks better as light reflects inside the cover glass on the top and bottom....
Chosen Solution I’m buying a new laptop for myself, and I’m planning to upgrade to a 2014 Macbook Pro. I’ve worked on computers, phones, and tablets before so I have the tools and skills to replace the parts on most devices (can’t solder though). I upgraded my current machine (2010 Unibody Macbook) to a 250gb SSD and two 4gb memory sticks. So I’m wondering if it would be possible for me to transfer these parts to my new computer and have everything work correctly....
Chosen Solution Is there anything I should expect to not work well when I replace the screen of an iPhone 12? Also should I expect any ‘ingenuine screen’ pop ups? Things you can break include Face ID, True Tone, water resistance and anything else if you accidentally knock something off the board. You should expect “non-genuine parts” because Apple designed the phone to reject even genuine part if the repair is not registered on their server....
Chosen Solution So I decided to buy a LCD and fix my own phone screen and when I took the screen out there was a little black cover above the LCD wire I lost it and I don’t know where it is is it required to use the screen? Not really, you should be able to use the screen without it. I don’t see why you wouldn’t be able to use your new screen assembly without that cover....
Chosen Solution Matttress handle was torn from the side of the mattress while being moved. Is there a service available to sew it back on? Check google or yelp for a mobile tailor or seamstress. A mattress is simply a large rectangular thing covered in fabric and stitching.
Chosen Solution Well I bought a new DC jack to replace the old one on the motherboard on my Asus G73SW-BST6 model where the DC jack goes on the motherboard looks damage since the green coating is removed and the copper layer is shown is it still fixable or buy a new motherboard? All motherboards I seen on eBay have no cpu processor installed and graphics card the graphics card is removable but isn’t most likely the cpu processor is soldered to the mothetboard?...
Chosen Solution I have had this printer for 10 years and I have been very happy with it over the years, but my Mac is aging and I may need to upgrade, while keeping my trusty 2014 Retina in service as well. Part of the reason I have kept this computer in service as long as I have is my mono laser. My color laser doesn’t have an issue as I just got it and it’s a current model with Catalina support (bravo Lexmark) and will carry over to a new Mac well, but my monochrome laser is kind of a question....
Chosen Solution I need help with my UPS. It wont charge the battery that I replaced but It can use battery power. I replaced the battery that came with the ups (because its defective) and the replacement battery is charged. I replaced the battery with the same specifications (same amps and volts. no slight difference. EXACT). I used the replacement battery and it works fine. After Im done using it. I tried to charge it for 8 hours....
Chosen Solution Phone have a issue of slow charging, Heating charging Ic makes phone dead. Radip Tolange sounds like your reflow attempt either burned the power management IC or some other part on the board. Post some pictures of your motherboard pointing out where you heated it up. You will have to use a meter and check for other failed components.Adding images to an existing question
Chosen Solution I have a Kenmore Ice Maker M1 SA8868 in my freezer. It previously worked fine for years. I moved to a home without a water hookup, so I stopped using it. I just moved back to a home WITH a hookup, and now the ice maker work right. It won’t eject the cubes it makes, the control arm doesn’t move (auto or manual), and manually initiated ejection [cycle] of ice stalls when ejectors hit the cubes, but they eject about an hour later....
Chosen Solution Hi everyone. I was hoping to get some suggestions as to what could have gone wrong with my late 2013 iMac (model identifier 14,2) and find potential solutions. Friday morning I woke my iMac from sleep and was immediately greeted with a kernel panic. At that point it had probably been asleep for a week and a half without use. Every time I turn on/restart the computer it will kernel panic....
Chosen Solution It does it when I am on FaceTime. But then I close it out and it still ends up doing it again and again. And it seems that I need to restart my Macbook for it to be working fine again. Could be a virus. Start up in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key on start up and let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks @fireman4792000 just like everybody else already explained to you, the reason for it not to come on is due to the water dame. Just like any other device that was submerged in water, you want to start off by no longer trying to turn it on or use it in any way....
Chosen Solution This iPhone 6 was water damaged. I removed all the EMI shields and cleaned up the board. The phone does turn on and everything works but the cellular network. Modem firmware does not show up in Settings>About and *#06# doesn’t return the IMEI. There is a missing part near the baseband chip and I thought it might be the cause. What do you guys think? Can I short the part and see if it works?...
Chosen Solution Trying to repair an LG G2 for my friend. Replaced it with refurbed LCD initially, and I got the charging at 0% icon. Pulled it out and went to sleep. Next day when I tried to charge it, it boots up, shows the LG logo, then screen goes blank. LG logo appears again and repeat infinitely. I’ve tried using a different battery, different bottom connector/usb, different LCD and it’s still the same....
