Chosen Solution I was wondering if there is anyway to change the storage of an iPhone 5c? Is there a way to change the gigabyte chip? The memory for the iPhone 5c is part of the logic board. There is no way to increase the storage capacity without replacing the logic board or doing some rather tricky micro-soldering. Find someone locally that offers storage upgrades for iPhones. I know someone in my area that does it (In Australia)....
Chosen Solution Are the LCDs interchangeable from a G5, Core Duo, and Core 2 Duo 17" iMac? I am looking for a replacement for my grandfather’s 17"1.83GHz Core Duo. It is displaying dozens of vertical lines and has a distorted almost inverted color scheme (almost dead LCD) These things are very picky as to which LCDs they will use. The TV powers up, with the left half looking great, the right half has lots of vertical lines. Recently my Thunderbolt port also is acting up (which I mainly use to connect an external monitor) loosing connection on a regular basis, mainly when I somehow “touch” a cable or even the keyboard. Chosen Solution Fuel low warning lit up with 3/4 full tank. I filled the tank, the light stayed on. I removed the sender and disassembled it and cleaned it. I got a little bit of the black crap out of it but nothing that could bridge the contacts at the bottom. I put it back together and the light stay’s on. Bummer. The fuel gage seems to be accurate, the 3 wires are good....

It’s like it completely died!. Am I missing something? What’s the most basic setup needed to power on? Well, you could disconnect the HD to see if for some reason it’s bad. Bricked systems are always tricky to diagnose without a schematic and a good DVM to test out voltages....

I’d disabled the Radeon card as I’ve heard the horror stories and had no issues doing the basics. the last few months have been crazy and I haven’t touched it, at some point the MagSafe connector got bumped off. Chosen Solution This MacBook Pro is from my friends workplace. Since they bought it, it was always connected with the MagSafe charger. It’s to show clients my friends web designs. It probably was never used correctly. When I connect it with the charger the LED starts with green and later will switch to orange. But it never switches back to green again. Is the battery dead? Chosen Solution why does my macbook pro keeps restarting after startup screen. Because of this i cant boot from cd even when i hold command c. I think it is related to trying to reinstall mac osx and it failing half way through installation. If you have access to another mac you can wire it to it with a firewire cable and start the sick machine with the “T” key pressed (target mode)....
Chosen Solution I replaced my hard drive with no problem, but I think I may have done some damage in there while doing it. When the Jupiter is in the proper alignment with Mars and I jump 3 times and spit, my laptop may start up. I close the lid and the front LED does it’s proper glowing thing, telling me that it’s properly asleep. When I open up the lid again, nothing happens....
Chosen Solution This has been ticking me off, as of Late, I got an X12 for my PC for a great headset to use. However the mic at times work,s then stops working without anything being touched. The cord is plugged in all the way and it cuts in and out apparently, from what a friend tells me. I use Skype to talk to a friend when we game. So, It worked a bit fine before, but to get the headset working I need to fiddle with the mic In cord by plugging it halfway in or what not....

Chosen Solution I recently gotten inside my phone and replaced my iPhone 8’s battery, loudspeaker and earpiece. While doing that, I had accidentally ripped the Taptic Engine’s ribbon cable, rendering the part unusable. The phone worked fine without the engine, but there was no vibration, whatsoever. I had then proceeded to order a replacement for the Taptic Engine, put the new one in, and turned my phone on. The haptics for pressing the home button work perfectly fine, but all other haptic feedback doesn’t work for the phone at all still....
Chosen Solution Hi, my iphone8 home button is crack, if i replace the home button, will the touch id still work? Already go to the service center, they said i have to exchange the unit. Thanks The Home Button is matched to the logic board so you cannot change it and retain Touch ID functionality. Additionally, starting with the iPhone 7 & up, the Home Button no longer as a mechanical actuator so you cannot even replace the HB with an aftermarket one because it will not do anything....
Chosen Solution What about Samsung MU6290 @jlove92 your MU6290 should have a Samsung BN44-00807K which indeed is a dual voltage (listed as 100V-240V) power board. Most likely you just need to get a power cord that fits the outlet in whatever country you are going to want to use it.
