Chosen Solution I have a 2013 Mac Pro that won’t turn on. It started doing unjustified reboots, then it was hard to turn on, it took several minutes to turn on, and now it does not turn on, the power button is the only LED that does not light up, but it seems that it is on because it seems that you can hear the fan spinning. I am going to take it to an Apple technical service for repair, but I would like to know if it is the symptoms of the damaged graphics....

Chosen Solution Hey all!!! The iPhone won’t update. It won’t progress past the point shown in iTunes/the phone in the pictures attached. I have tried updating with the screen off, with a different original screen, a new battery inserted. It did at one point restore, but then it turned off and started boot looping with vertical lines showing up on the screen. Any help appreciated! i am also having this problem....

Chosen Solution I have an iPhone 7 plus that moisture got in and now wont charge, I took the motherboard and cleaned it, replaced the charging port and battery with no luck. The phone does work but as soon as the battery dies I need to change the battery for the phone to turn on. When I plug in the phone the Battery icon comes on for a split second then a message comes up “This Accessory may not be supported” and stopes charging immediately....

Chosen Solution so….My screen whenever i use my phone after it dies, it will shut off completely. ive tried new blocks and chargers EVERYDAY and it wont turn on. it will go pitch black. so its been on the charge for 10 hours cause i have juts woken up, and it wont turn on. at all. no charging symbol, nothing. pitch black. what do i do-? also i cant go get a new iphone- too expensive…....

Chosen Solution My screen is out of the casing so that if I open the lap top the case comes up but the glass is still laying on the key board. As a result of closing it with this problem there is now also a small crack/missing piece in the top right corner. The screen doesn’t fit back into the casing (even temporarily) as there is something in the bottom right corner that sticks out a little (it’s a tiny piece of metal) that prevents the screen from fitting back in....

Chosen Solution I recently board an Xbox one s and it is missing the NAND Flash memory chip (Toshiba THGBMFG6C1LBAIL 8 GB eMMC NAND Flash) is this even able to be fixed? Highly unlikely as the console uses per-console encryption for its firmware. If the chip is gone and nobody has copies of the data on it, dead. I can’t see why someone would pull the chip off as it’s pointless....

Chosen Solution Trying to use my 2in1 notebook in tablet mode but I need to utilize the keyboard while in tablet mode. Does anyone have a solution as to how to enable the keyboard? Called Asus and they said is not able. Any solutioners out there? Hi! The keyboard is disabled while in tablet mode and you can’t enable it. You can however, use the on-screen keyboard. Just type “On screen keyboard” in the start menu before switching to tablet mode and you should find it there....

Chosen Solution i broke the charge port on the laptop and i have another charge port but was wondering if it was soldered on Hi, The DC-In socket is a module part with attached flex cable so it should be easy to replace, after you open the laptop that is. Here is a link to a supplier of the part to confirm what it looks like. It is not a recommendation to use the supplier, it is also shown to give an idea of the price....

Chosen Solution This is going out to our resident pros. So @mayer and @danj I have a old iMac at the office. Here’s its specs from everymac. My problem is a white screen on startup. Nothing but white you can hear the chimes and I figured the video card or cable and was going to tear it down for a more careful examination. What happened next kind of has me baffled....

Chosen Solution My keyboard does not work. In fact all the keys are no longer functioning. But, the keyboard backlight works. The track pad and power buttons also work well. I have tried using an external USB keyboard and it works. But, at times when i press a button just a single time, the letter appears many many times. You’ll need to open up the system to check the cable connection as well as see if you have any moisture damage (water or humidity)....

Chosen Solution My keyboard lights are not coming on. I just got this Mac as used. They just told me that the track pad does not work as far clicking. But it does sense your finger going over it. Will this cause the keyboard lights to not work? You’ll need to pop the bottom cover off and do some inspection and testing. I’m thinking your system is liquid damaged ;-{ The keyboard is lit by a set of LED’s held in a plate that sits under the keyboard....

About a year ago, I stupidly spilled a glass of red wine on the left hand side of the keyboard. I immediately shut it down, and left it a couple of days to dry out. I am very fond of this laptop, so I usually just take it apart to look at all the parts sometimes, and I have the proper tools also. But I go to turn on the laptop now and the power light turns on like it’s supposed to, but I get no power to the screen....

Chosen Solution I have a nx 3000 samsung camera it makes a grinding noise when I turn it on and off. It also requires me to manually help it when I turn it on and off. Can anyone help me with the possible problem. Is there any other lenses that are compatible for this camera as Samsung has discontinued making this camera. Somebody didnt recognized the screw under the sticker. so i have no signal. Is it possible to solder a connection to the antenna or is my logicboard brick? Fritz I have often run a wire around a broken trace on a circuit board. This will require thinking outside the box....

Chosen Solution I replacement my MacBook battery after it randomly stated ‘replace now’ about a month ago from what I thought was a perfectly fine condition battery. It wouldn’t work without a charger and coconut battery showed a max capacity of 0% I followed all the steps and had no hiccups I’m aware of however when I initially turned the MacBook on it loaded up but then switched off as I managed to log in....
