While it’s plugged in I can hear a whine from the powerboard, I assume that’s normal. Pressing the power button produces a red LED on the mainboard to turn on for a moment then the power LED flashes three times. Unplugging the unit and plugging back in produces a flash of light from where I can see the backlight LEDs....
