Chosen Solution Hello, I have a 64GB 3G/GPS iPad 1st Gen (A1337) of which boot-loops whenever I start charging it and try to turn it on. I am currently trying to find a replacement battery for it and cannot find one that looks legitimate. I looked on the store here at iFixIt but the oldest gen iPad battery replacement I could find was a replacement for the iPad 2. So I am wondering if I buy the iPad 2 replacement battery if it will work with my iPad 1 and if not where can I buy a replacement....

Chosen Solution I have had this receiver for a few years now. When I got it, I never got the original remote. While it would be nice to find the original remote, it’s not strictly needed since most of the controls are available on the receiver with the exception of hard drive/recording access. I do not care about this since I use mine as a iPod dock over 3.5 Aux (Lightning device support is questionable), so I can live with losing this feature....

Chosen Solution My laptop was working fine, but suddenly the keyboard does not work at all, the rest is working fine. Hello, go to your BIOS/UEFI settings, you can follow the steps on this link, and when you get to it try your keyboard there, if it doesn’t work then it’s a hardware issue.
Chosen Solution The laptop’s keyboard responds when I press the power button. It also responds when I press Alt upon startup, to choose the startup disk. However, it stops being recognised at all time, after the system boots. Also, the trackpad fails to be recognised at all times: before AND after boot. What is wrong here? Is it a hardware problem? EDIT I cleaned the connectors and here is the result: the keyboard WORKS all the time....
Chosen Solution Does anyone have the right one LCD cable? The cable is marked AWM 20624, which seems to specify the type of cable, but not its length or the number of connections. A Google search brings up a number of options - hopefully you can find one in your region. In selecting one there are several things to check: The length (obviously)The number of conductors (I think yours is either 35 or 36 - hard to tell from the photo)The pitch (distance between conductors - I think yours is probably 0....
Chosen Solution I have Garmin Nuvi 265W with loose mini USB, and battery is already no good. Is there I can purchase a new battery and mini USB port (I know soldering)? Chosen Solution 2015 Macbook Air 11” (not retina) immediately shuts down when unplugged. What are my next steps? Your battery still has quite a bit of life so I don’t see that at your issue. Lets try resetting the SMC to see if that helps How to reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac Battery seems to be fine and probably not the source of the problem. If you had some current surges or an aftermarket charger that might explain the issue, but things may break on their own for no special reasons too....
Chosen Solution My MacBook Pro won’t turn on, also there is no blinking light on MagSafe charger LED. I tried a new charger (same model) nothing happened, and also I tried a new A1322 battery from the original 10.95v 60w to a newer 10.95v 63.5w unit. The first time MagSafe light blinked green only for just a second then again off, I tried SMC reset, unplugged the RAM but nothing happened....
Chosen Solution The replacement Front Camera and Sensor cable I received from iFixit is lacking any adhesive tape on the microphone. I am trying to install this replacement component onto a new Front Panel that also lacks any adhesive at the spot the microphone is supposed to mount. Chosen Solution LG 47LV5400 LED TV I have this exact same model. Mine had a screen flash and had the same result tonight. TV was bought in 2011 or 2012 I believe. Seems a lot harder to fix than my laundry machine. Which was the last thing to break at our house. I seen a lot of videos on how to fix these but each model seems pretty different. @delirium84 the flash could have been coming from the power board....
Chosen Solution While camping, my iphone6 was in my pocket and my jeans got slightly wet, nothing at all i was concerned about. Phone was in a case and I removed it and it looked fine so I continued on. Few hours later the Power Button failed to work so I continued using the phone with assistive touch thinking that it was a faulty button. Next day the screen fails to turn on....

Chosen Solution Hello, Just got an iPhone 7 which was dead, was in DFU actually when i go to restore it, It stays at 19% on 3utools. It enters recovery mode and when i check on 3u tools it says the Serial Number is N/A. Any idea what is the issue here? Facing this first time Check if you can read the NAND. If you can get it into DFU you could use the iBox but it is a more certain conformation if you remove it and use a programmer....

I recently swapped everything from one 8 plus housing to another and now it’s showing full service bars in some areas but won’t actually let me use the internet or send and receive messages. My home is one of the areas it does this in but it worked just fine before. It works fine in areas with great service but not in others where the service isn’t so great and it worked in those places without great service before the swap....

Even an iPhone 5 battery is not compatible with an iphone 5s or iPhone 5c. Likewise, the battery used for the iPhone 4 16GB and 32GB models is not officially compatible with the iPhone 4 8GB model
Chosen Solution is it possible to solder better ram on my ti-84 plus ce , i have good slodering skills , and i looked up the processor and it says the speed will increase with more ram up to 150mhz To elaborate on Austin’s answer: Not only are they soldered, but even if you have the experience to desolder the RAM and replace it with compatible, better RAM; the calcuator’s operating system couldn’t even utilize it....
