Chosen Solution Was replacing my iphone’s WiFi antenna last night but when i turned the phone on i accidentally yanked the lcd screens adapters off while it was turned on; and now the phone won’t turn on. The logic board (right below where i would attach the 3 lcd adapters for the screen) now heats up when i connect the battery to it but won’t turn on. I currently have to leave the battery adapters off because i’m afraid the heat will ruin the phone....

I upgraded it to an SSD but I hooked the front USB Port/Sync Button cable when I removed the top case and the cable is now pretty much ruined. I found on Ebay but with the global pandemic nobody in the US is shipping to South Africa. My guess is the home button extension cable metal plate that goes behind the screen needs to be replaced. Does the front camera work fine, all functions e.g proximity sensor which makes screen go black during calls when put near your ear. Ambient light sensor which is auto brightness, ear piece speaker has sound?...

Chosen Solution Hi, My Mac just won’t turn. it’s a 13 inch air 256gb ssd Early 2014. I’ve tried resetting the smc. It did work once and I was able to use it normally for a while. But, after I put it to sleep, it refuses to turn on. It won’t even charge. The light on the magsafe is still glowing amber despite being connected for over 8 hours. Chosen Solution Hello, my macbook wont start up. On the morning it was working fine and now it doesnt start up at all. I tried to do SMC reset, do start it up with power pads. I have also tried a difrent Power Adapter. Is the logic board broken? Try disconnecting the battery from the logic board and plug in the magsafe, the Mac should start up on its own without power pads....

Then after traveling to Dominican with my Macbook it shut down and wouldn’t turn on. Chosen Solution I’ve got a mid 2009 2.53 GHz Macbook Pro from college that had snapped at the lid bracket. I went through alot trying to fix it myself and managed to ruin the bluetooth, wifi, and webcamera connection ports. A new display assembly would be great but at $325 for C-Stock its not really in the budget. I managed to find a few A1286 models on eBay for $120, no HDD, no RAM basically just for parts....

Chosen Solution Most of the songs wouldn’t play on the iPod, as though they were corrupted. However, all tracks play fine via iTunes. I’ve tried resetting the iPod and eventually decided to restore it. Now, when I try to sync with iTunes, around 400 songs transfer then syncing suddenly stops and an error ‘(-50)’ pops up and causes iTunes to crash. I unplug the iPod and iTunes resumes working normally and the iPod remains to have no content synced to it....

Chosen Solution Hi, I started by replacing a cracked screen, all went well, then i realised the power button just about worked but didn’t click, so I followed the home button replacement procedure to remove and reseat it, that now clicks and seems ok. Now unfortunately the phone wont power on at all, must have checked everything 5 times. If I plug into the mains i get nothing, but if I plug it into a PC, iTunes does say you need to unlock “xxx’s iphone” before it can access it....

Chosen Solution So the weirdest thing happened to me, I somehow dropped my iPhone XS (which has never been opened up or heated or anything) in a bucket of water, I took it out and powered it off imediately, not charging it or checking it. I put it in rice for 2 days, then checked it, and while it does work, the display has these green lines on them, I have backed up everything preparing for the worst....
