Chosen Solution Hello, I have a iPhone 7 which I want to get out for sales but currently the power button isn’t working. I have replaced the side button flex cable twice now and still having the same problem (Yes i made the whole effort to simply swap them out completely without testing because i thought they would work for sure. stupid, but that’s what i did.) So now i actually decided to just plug another new flex cable in and use a small tool to press the button to see if the phone starts, and it does not start....

Chosen Solution When I connect my iPhone to the charging cable, it vibrates and says something like, “The accessory may not be certified.” I’ve tried a lot of cables, including original Apple cables, but the results are the same. I’ve also tried to put my motherboard into another working case, but it does the same thing. Do you know which IC can be broken on my logic board? Thank you....

Chosen Solution My Iphone se screen turns off when i set brightness to high (> 75 %). Can anyone please help me with this issue . The battery cannot provide the power for full brightness or the screen is faulty. Since both are fairly inexpensive I would replace both. Does it act this way while on a charger?

I tried to turn it on and it seems like asking to be connect to itunes , But when i connect it with my pc , it wont turn on for the past week . Right now , The screen might be dead as some of the screen part has been broken ....

Chosen Solution I just finished rebuilding my iPhone with a new battery, charging port flex cable and housing. The first two attempts at turning it on with a screen connected resulted in gray bars at the bottom of the display that continued getting stronger/brighter until it shut off. The third time the screen remained off but the phone seems to have booted, pressing the power button seems to turn on the backlight (can see edges glowing on bottom of display) but from the front the display appears to be off and does not display anything....

Chosen Solution can I use an iPhone 6 plus battery in an iPhone 6s plus Edit: You can use the battery from an iPhone 6 Plus in an iPhone 6s Plus, just keep in mind that the iPhone 6 Plus battery is thicker, which may affect the seal you get batween the display and the casing. Source The batteries have different capacities but you can still use them as the 6plus 6s and 6s plus all use the same connector....

Chosen Solution I have a i5 processer, i would like to upgrade to a i7 :P. Simply want to ask if that’s possible No, the CPU is soldered on board. It would be more efficient to actually purchase the i7 MacBook Pro (known as MD102, while yours is the MD101), transfer your HDD or data over, and resell the i5, than try and switch between soldered processors (regardless if technically feasible or not)....

All the components that would normally be upgraded in computers but not usually tablets to improve performance, storage etc e.g. CPU, memory, HDD/SSD etc are hard mounted on the systemboard and cannot be replaced. Here is the hardware maintenance manual for a YOGA Tab 3 Pro Tablet (YT3–X90F, YT3–X90L, YT3–X90X) that may help as it shows what can be replaced

Chosen Solution I was having the same problems as many people here so did a strip down of the module. Firstly I thought it was the water line being frozen, checked that after a defrost and it wasn’t that as the ice tray filled, froze the water but didn’t eject the ice cubes. That lead me to the auger motor, so stripped it back and the motor worked as the auger resets to a starting position once you press the blue button on the module....

Chosen Solution Greetings all. Just did a battery install on my 7+ and now, when I try to start it up, it just flashes the apple logo…but won’t do anything if power isn’t plugged in. Any ideas? Put the old battery back in and see if it does the same thing. It could be a bad battery. If it still loops with the old battery, it’s likely unrelated to the battery....

Chosen Solution My keyboard and trackpad have now completely stopped working. Before, they would work occasionally, and if it wasn’t working I’d just reboot and kind of press on the bottom of the laptop and they would work, but that is no longer working. The power key is the only one still responding, so I’ve been using a USB keyboard and mouse, but that isn’t exactly practical to bring to classes....

Yes, the screen can be interchangeable. i am faced with a delema… i have the rs988 model of the g5 and half my screen is showing like a scrammbled tv. i bought a replacement screen thinking it was a display issue… it wasnt so it must be my motherboard but i cant find a motherboard for my model i was wondering if i can use my rs988 screen, body, and other internal parts from the rs988 can be used with the h850 motherboard....

Chosen Solution I have had some water damage done to my phone and used my screen (front panel) with a friend’s back panel, or body, who shattered his screen. Everything is working great, but the light and proximity sensor is not working at all and I keep hitting mute with my face. I have put the #3 cable back in sever times making sure flip the clip up and down and seem to have it all of the way inserted....

Chosen Solution Hi, I damaged my mac book pro (mid 2012) with wine. I have not noticed that wine was damaging it, so the mac turn off itself and never turn on again. I did some photo that shows the LDVS connector and one IC (INA213) damaged from the liquid Battery and others parts seems ok. Chosen Solution I took it apart and cleaned the corrosion off everything but the IO board. It worked for 1 day, then the brightness started flickering and it turned off. If I look close, there’s a very faint Apple logo on the screen when it boots, then it fades and the screen stays dark. Is there something I can do to fix this or should I get a new computer?...

Chosen Solution I have this problem with my laptop where some screen colors seem to be off. Apart from that, computer works fine. Screen colors are working when I connect my laptop to an external display and also, colors shows correctly on screenshots. Chosen Solution Hi all, I had a 2nd MacBook Pro 2010 Mid 15" with i7, 4G Ram (It is a 1333Mhz, and using 1 Bank, so I still one bank RAM slot is empty right now). I had search Google before, and look like this model work with 1066MHz only, but I am not too sure. Since new on this. I want to buy other 4G Ram then install it to the empty slot....

Chosen Solution Ok, my iphone 4 has, just in the last 24 hours, began an issue where on a call, i can hear others, but they can’t hear me. This isn’t an issue with the mic, as on more than one occasion i have used the voicedial function to begin these calls. I’ve also cleared the headphone jack with compact air. It’s really annoying as it’s just passed it’s warranty date....
