Chosen Solution How do I know if the problem is the battery and not the battery cable? If you’re asking about the flex cable attached to the battery itself, it doesn’t really matter what went wrong because the whole battery will need to be replaced to fix either of those issues. If you’re asking about the charging cable that is included with your phone, there are a couple ways to test it....
Chosen Solution I turned it side ways and and pushed the lever down it worked and then I cancelled it and put it upright! Sounds like you have a shorted or broken heater coil wire. Unplug it, visually exam it for a break or a wire touching the sides and test for continuity with a multimeter. Mine was sparking because of a piece of food on the electo-magnet. After cleaning my toaster outside with my hose-end sprayer with soap in the dispenser (Miracle-Gro hose-end sprayer) then letting it dry for a few days, I plugged it in and pushed it down and it Sparks inside… I took it apart and found a piece of food product had burned into the electromagnet....

Chosen Solution @fritzpeppone - The SMC error is just a reflection of the true error which is within the power management logic within your logic board. This is likely a damaged component or corrosion damage on the logic board (of course the side you can’t see from the bottom) I think it’s wise to find someone with Mac logic board repair experience to help you here.
Chosen Solution Our LG dishwasher- Inverter Direct Drive- recently started having its control panels lights flickering/fritzing when turned on, will make iradic beeping noises and will do this when the dishwasher is running. Chosen Solution Hi everyone. I have a water damaged (tea) MacBook Air that was dead as a doorknob. No light on the MagSafe, no fan or anything. A visual inspection of the logic board (820-3437-B) showed no classical water damage (corrosion) but the backlight diode (D7701) was literally blown off the board (replaced). The LVDS connector however is in excellent condition. I also found a burnt pin on the I/O Flex (821-1722-A), which I repaired....
Chosen Solution Hi had some water damage on my maxbook air i cleaned it out with alcohal. And it boots up now when this part isnt attached. But when attached it doesnt work. Is this part important? Is there any fixes for it? Thanks. Update: I replaced the i/o cable and now it powers on fine and the fan isnt loud anymore. But now a new problem arose. Chosen Solution Macbook Retina 12 A1534 Hi, I have replace a couple of keyboards recently on the 12" Retina, and the customers have got back to me to say sometimes pressing one key will cause another key to work (for example, pressing the “N” key triggers the “/” key). I am not to sure why this is, and have asked them to return this under warranty. The keyboard was tested and working fine before and after fitting, and they have only received it in the past couple of days, so I doubt it is liquid damaged....

Chosen Solution Whenever the lower Dock flex cable is connected the phone boot loops endlessly. whenever i disconnect it the phone boots up fine. I’ve tried 2 dock flex cables. i’ve also cleaned the PCB with alcohol and a brush. to get rid of any dirt! They are probably faulty dock connectors. Put the board into a known good housing to rule out parts.

Chosen Solution I recently decided to fix my old iPhone 6 Plus. After replacing the screen the phone showed the low battery symbol when I plugged it in, but that is it. When I press the power button and the home button, I can get it to show the apple logo but after a few seconds it turns back off to the low battery symbol. However, if your question was actually slightly different, on purchase you can get the 16GB option. It’s a bit ambiguous as to whether you mean pre-purchase or post-purchase. Unfortunately 16GB is the limit. You can’t get 32GB options. I have the same question really, as my RAM has failed in my A1708 Macbook Pro - therefore I need to buy a new logic board to replace it....
