Two main things about this one are that: The device stays on the Apple logo and loopsThe device draws 0.00 Amps. It only shows the Apple logo when we plug it in or press the power button. I would start to suspect maybe a U2 issue but the device remains on the Apple logo so I’m not sure if this is contradictory....

The phone will work fine with the screen un connected, it will load on itunes, vibrates, makes sounds ect. But as soon as i connect the screen, it stops working? Thing was working beautiful but was running low on battery. So I tried to charge it on the same time, not usb but normal power (here 220V) with the usbjack (non original apple). It should be no problem but it caused a shortcircuit, all the lights and electronic devices went off, a power plug problem....

But as the teardown shows, once you get below the only point where they used adhesive, you can quite easily replace them. Or could - since you would have to find a replacement part first. You will have to return it and get the one you wish or do some very risky de-soldering which has a 1% success rate. Get buyers remorse. Take it back and get the model you need or you may be stuck with it for a couple of years until OWC comes up with a replacement....

Chosen Solution So i have a late 2009 imac 27’ and while opening it i accidentally broke the LVDS internal screen connector off the logic board and i broke it completely so i had to run it off an external monitor, and so i bought a new logic board and the same thing happened where i broke the internal screen connector. So i give up and so i was wondering if it is possible to connect the internal screen to the mini displayport port on the imac instead of the internal screen connector?...
