Chosen Solution An Apple store tech said it was not possible to change an IPad Air 2 battery. When it dies, the Ipad is junk. I keep my tech stuff a long time (PC is 6 years old, Blackberry Pad is 3 years) but the rated charge cycle on a Li-on battery is about 1000 cycles, so a daily charge/discharge means the Ipad may die in less than 3 years. Unless something else goes before that, or it really becomes obsolete, I would want to change the battery....
