Chosen Solution I have an iPhone with cracked glass that don’t power-on (even backlight). If i simple connect to iTunes, i receive the message that a restoring is required (recovery mode, i can see the IMEI). I’ve tried restoring it in DFU, recovery mode, and both ipsw firmware iOS 9 and 10, all with the same result - iTunes keeps throwing error 9 Also noticed that if i keep the iPhone just connected to the PC (without doing anything), it will disconnect and reconnect automatically every certain amount of time....

Chosen Solution Nothing was dropped inside and I tried the suggestion to unplug and hit the on button couple of times but no go. I have run out of black ink but don’t see why that would produce paper jam error. I have cannon pixma2900 series. Any suggestions? General advice on ALL copier/’printer jams…a WHOLE piece of paper in should equal a WHOLE piece of paper out. No printing device has a capability to “absorb” a stray scrap of paper....

Chosen Solution Hello folks, I had a few essential keys non working so I decided to replace the keyboard. I have bought screws, keyboard and disassembled my computer. To my big surprise, after removing the original keyboard, there are no screw holes whatsoever on the case, just rivets. I am attaching the photo of how it looks right now. current image What should/could I do now? The screws have flat bottom, so they will not cut themselves in, is it possible to use flat screwdriver and a hammer and try to break little things with force?...

Chosen Solution When I press on Power Button only the media player touch LED blinks once and the light for caps and numlock continuously blinks even I can see power on DVDROM and fan too moves . But none of the LED in front blinks and no power on monitor is there. Could you please suggest me what should I do. I asked the seller of the button and he said the replacement but the Touch ID will disable. Is this true? Or should I send my customer to Apple? Better send it to Apple for the moment, because once you use a third party button the iPhone will automatically disable all home button fonctions, iPhone 7 is different from previous generations....

Chosen Solution The green “camera is on” iSight light to the right of the iSight is perpetually on! I know that the camera is not actually on (the cable is not even connected), but it is still unnerving. Any ideas? You should try disconnecting the cable to the light (if possible) and reconnecting it to see if that helps

Chosen Solution I have an issue with my Asus UX360UAK. 3 days after purchase it, when waking up from a sleep mode the screen backlight didn’t work. I can see with a tourch that the device works well, the screen works well, but the backlight is now off. From time to time holding on|off button for 30 sec. helps and the backlight is on, but after shut down or sleep mode the issue comes back again....

Chosen Solution Hi, I ordered and installed an ifixit replacement battery without any problems. The macbook booted up fine but then the screen went black again. This keeps happening all the time now, sometimes during the bootup process, sometimes later, but it never ran for more than 2 minutes yet. Chosen Solution So my S7 Edge has a purple line going through it. This is a replacement screen and the seller claims it worked perfectly, and showed a pic, but on my phone it has a purple line on it? There is no damage on the LCD contacts and I cleaned them with oil. Clean them with IP alcohol . I’m assuming you used something like WD40 or some other light penetrating oil....

Chosen Solution i have a 21.5" iMac with the bluetooth keyboard. The left shift key doesn’t work with the letter i. it works with every other key. The right side shift does work with i and has no issues. i have replaced the batteries in the keyboard, gone through all the keyboard settings and i have been unable to fix the problem. With the on screen keyboard showing, if i hold the left shift key, the i button does change to uppercase, but its like it stops accepting input....
