Chosen Solution The LCD metal plate is not attached to the display as shown in your instructions. It covers the main board and I don’t see any screws to remove it. Can you help me? It looks as though you’ve inadvertently separated the display assembly from its bracket. This isn’t uncommon, as the display assembly has a tendency to separate like that in the 5/5s/5c. Look around the edges and see if you can’t find a thin plastic bezel still clipped into the body of the phone....

Chosen Solution I have these odd markings that are appearing on the top of the bezels next to the camera, and they’re proportionate to the edges of the trackpad on the bottom. Is the trackpad causing damage to the aluminum? Update (11/17/2018) this is a picture of the markings Macbook Air is not usually prone to markings on screen or bezel, but still, it’s thin aluminium and if a certain pressure is applied it might bend in the long run....

Chosen Solution Okay, so the USB ports seem totally dead, no power at all. It is because some soda was spilled on it (I presume, at least, may be randomly related with something else). I also corrupted my OS X install, have to reinstall freshly. Now, I haven’t reset the SMC or PRAM yet, and that’s the first thing I’ll do (however as there’s is no 5V power, I doubt this will fix it, correct me if I am wrong)....
Chosen Solution I want to replace the internal psu on the xbox one x with an atx psu that you’d use on a PC. I can see by the teardown video that the internal psu connects to the motherboard via some kind of proprietary connection, would it be possible to somehow connect the required wires from an atx psu to that motherboard power connection point? Perhaps you could dismantle the xbox psu and use the wires from inside it (connecting to the proprietary part) to solder the atx wires to....
