Chosen Solution Most projectors have a sequence using the buttons to initiate a ‘service mode’ upon power up where resets can be made. My unit is flashing the red temp light at a 1 second interval. This resulted from overheating due to a dirty filter. There are 3 thermocouples in the unit but there is no apparent damage. It seems that the microprocessor needs to be reset now that everything is cleaned and the unit is cool....

Chosen Solution Kenmore upright freezer . Frost free . Model # 253.28712803 . It does not cool down to 0. The temperature control reads 12 degrees and the inside temperature is 20 degrees . I used a freezer thermometer . The temperature control will read 0 when the compressor turns off but inside it is 18 degrees . What is wrong with it ? Everything seems to be functional aside from one odd behavior: when the computer is entirely off, I cannot power the computer back on unless I attach the MagSafe adapter. Once the computer is on I can disconnect the power and it runs fine. It even displays the battery percentage in the OS.
