I got it nearly NEW - yes - 2016 but NEW - DriveDX app reports SSD been powered just 72 hours - YES - just 72 hours and MacBook developed “light bleed” My point is…… it is NOT happening because opening lid more than 40 degree (which I never even done!) It is just……… “TICKING BOMB” - it is just dying because…… it HAS TO die....

SKU: EU117047-5). This was fitted at the beginning of February and had given the mac a new lease of life. But unfortunately, it was being used last week it ran out of charge even though the MagSafe charger had a green light on it, it ran out of power....

Chosen Solution Hello there. I’ve a MBP 15" Unibody A1286. I have been working on a University project. While all of the sudden the mac turned off with a sound of an spark (arc). And a burning smell from the MagSafe. I have tried opening th mac and inspecting the damage. Although other than the burning smell from the DC IO there is nothing that I can see. When the charger is plugged in the smell carries on and the green light on the MagSafe appears....
Chosen Solution May I use rear camera from i9505 to replace it for 9515? No, they are different cameras internally and will not function on other models. The prices for these other models are very expensive when it’s not the GT-i9505 or lower. That rear camera costs about $45 USD on ebay.

Chosen Solution Well, I had a bunch of coffee on my keyboard few days ago, I was quick to react but too late It seems, cleaned it, dry it at cold temperature with a fan. It does not start anymore, I am going to let it dry at ambiant temperature for now, and try to find a way to recover it from this bad stuff. Any ideas Follow the teardown here, check the logic board for liquid damage and clean with 95%+ isopropyl if present Retina MacBook 2016 Teardown Try unplugging the trackpad ribbon and plugging in the charger after reconnecting the battery, it should boot automatically....

Chosen Solution Hi guys! When trying to exchange my screen backpanel I cracked the front glass panel. The screen still works fine but there are dark and bright spots on the bottom of it! (See photo) Should I replace only the glass panel now or the LCD screen as well? Best Does it actually boot and show the Apple logo? If not, you have a bigger issue. Make sure both sides of the LCD cable are plugged in properly....
Chosen Solution Macbook Air 11" mid 2013. I can see a guide for replacing the 13" microphone and can buy it from the US store (why is Europe so restricted…..:)). Is the 13" microphone compatible with the 11"? Apple lists them as different part numbers so from that perspective I would say no.
Chosen Solution the 2016 was soldered to the logic board…is the 2017 still soldered? Sadly both 13" & 15" Touch Bar models are soldered! All of the Retina models have soldered RAM only the older non-Retina models have upgradable RAM. The newer Touch Bar (2016 & 2017) systems SSD storage is now soldered as well. Rumor has it a Pro’s MacBook Pro will be coming out which is hoped to have upgradable RAM & storage but we’ll need to wait and see if Apple got the message when they intro’ed the late 2016 model and got a good scolding by the working Pro’s who need more RAM, upgradable storage and USB-A ports....
Chosen Solution It’s dead. The Apple store says it’s the ‘Logic Module". As I understand it, all my photos/videos are stored on an internal flash drive which backs up to the cloud during charging. Is there any way to bust into this thing and access the memory where the photos were stored and get them out? This thing died when I plugged it in to charge and back-up, just after the delivery of my 2nd grand baby!...
Chosen Solution The dryer heats up, but stops mid cycle. All four front lights blink. I assume there is an error code being displayed, but I can’t find any information about the 970 error codes. The clothes are hot when I touch them after it stops, so the heating element is working. Any ideas as to where I should start would be appreciated! Note: Sometimes I can get through a full cycle with the dryer not stopping, so there’s no specific time that it stops, nor is it constant....

I had left it closed and in sleep mode as I always do, and I found it powered down with no LEDs on (it was plugged in). The power button does nothing at all. Chosen Solution I have a pair of August EP650 and they are both wired and Bluetooth. Because of a slight quality increase and no battery life, I like to use a male to male cable but there is no audio coming from the left cup (where you connect the cable). Using Bluetooth, the audio works on both cups and I used multiple compatible cables but it still doesn’t work. I took a picture of the port and Ivan see a red and a black wire and a gold bar that is more on one side....

When the power came back on all the appliances came back on except for the fridge. I can see that there is power to the unit as I have checked the outlet. Also the light on the ice maker selector inside the door goes on and off with the switch....
Chosen Solution My LG top loader recently started having an issue. When I start a wash cycle, it does the load sensing, fills with water normally, then instead of starting to agitate back and forth the whole drum slowly rotates in one direction. It will continue to do this, and the timer never gets shorter. The spin function works fine on it’s own. During load sensing the agitator moves in both directions, and I’ve taken everything underneath apart short of opening the bearing housing so I don’t think it’s the clutch or coupling....
Chosen Solution Sometimes my Samsung Galaxy Tab A screen briefly ‘jerks’ and then some lines appear on the bottom of the screen. These lines contain exactly the same colours as the pixels directly above at the top of the screen. There appears to be no way of predicting when this happens, and it recovers after turning the screen of then on again. I can’t seem to workout whether this is a software or hardware issue....
