Chosen Solution Hey guys, I am trying to replace the screen on an iPad 3 WiFi So I went ahead and replaced the screen, and before I sealed the iPad I tried turning it on, and no luck, no image, no lights, nothing. 1- Screen has no image 2- iPad is on (shows up on iTunes 3- Tried holding the power and home button for 7 seconds 4- Tried to put it in DFU mode 5- I unplugged the battery from mother board 6- I tried unplugging everything about 10 times now 7- Left iPad cables unplug about 45 minutes 8- The battery is at 45% 9- If I hit the power button I do get the sound every iDevice gets So I did all that and still no image....
Chosen Solution I have a 2007 iMac I’ve been working on. Originally the computer worked fine then I started having issues with it not booting up. It seemed if I held the power button longer than usual that would allow it to boot up sometimes. It was a problem with the video or LCD cause soon as it hit LED 3 the machine would quit and have to be unplugged to continue....
Chosen Solution First, thanks for taking the time to read this. Noticed the floor around the washer was wet. I tried testing how it behaved by triggering the different parts of the cycle. While filling up, I noticed it would leak somewhat. During the spin cycle, wasn’t necessarily worse. No water on the back of the machine, the hoses seemed dry. So. I decided to fill up the tub partway, put a little bit of detergent in it and let it just hang out....

I can start it without the topcase and work with an external keyboard but its not really a solution, because i have to start it with a screwdriver evry time i want to use it. I tried resetting the SMC, but nothing happens. I opened it up and disconnected the battery and held down the power button to let it drain, and then plugged it back in and tried turning it on....

Chosen Solution A few weeks ago I downloaded and installed the iOS 11 beta to test some of it’s new features. Eventually the massive amount of bugs made general usage of the phone terrible and I decided to reset and restore the phone to the latest version available on iTunes (10.3.2). iTunes tells me the restore was successful, though I look down and the phone is still in recovery mode. It seemed the restore failed with no error codes or anything, only saying “There’s a problem with the iPhone” (annoyingly, it also suggests to restore or update, both options that I tried)....

Now, for the past week or two, I have noticed that 3D touch has stopped responding even after a restart and checking 3D touch in settings. Chosen Solution This morning I pulled out my phone, and it wouldn’t turn on (I had just charged it for at least half an hour), I got home, plugged it into the wall, and it brought up the apple thing like it does when it dies, so I figured that was all that was wrong, then, a screen came up that told me to connect it to i Tunes, and there was also an info button that brought up the message: “IMEI: Unknown ICCID: Unknown” I plugged it into the computer, and iTunes wouldn’t recognize it, and I tried taking out the sim card and putting it back in, and nothing changed, so I don’t know what to do....
Chosen Solution Hi After some water damage my iPhone 4s thinks it’s docked and it isn’t. there is no sound from apps/youtube/music and no volume bar. but the phone rings when someone calling. I tried to replace the dock but it didn’t help. when i make a short on the dock connector pins it’s back working normally for couple of hours. Please help. Thanks :) The first thing to try in cases like this is a reset of the phone....
