Chosen Solution I work in a small shop and two guys came in with two iPhone 6 plus:es, both with broken screens. We replaced them with the same type of parts, and some time later they came back and both of them had microphones that didn’t work in loudspeaker mode. It definitely felt like a software issue so I went ahead to Reset All Settings on both of them, and both got stuck on the Apple logo with progress bar at the very beginning of the reset, so now I had to do a complete data reset on both....

Chosen Solution I was given a Mac Mini that says Model A1283 on the bottom, however it has no slot in the case for an optical drive, and no optical drive inside, but rather there are two, 500GB SATA drives, one above the other in a sub-frame where you pictures show an optical drive. Chosen Solution Hi I was looking at the specs of the Microsoft surface rt and the surface pro and the only really noticeable differences are the Operating System (8.1 rt vs 8.1 pro) and the processor (Nvidia Tegra 3 quad core vs intel i5 dual core). Most of the time when we watch dvds or Blu-ray Discs they are SDH -subtitled via the disc menu options-however we are finding that many series on DVD are CC (closed captioned) only.
