Chosen Solution Hi there, I have an iPhone SE 1st generation which does nothing unless I plug it in and put it into dfu mode. Without doing this the phone appears dead. It comes up with the option to reset and I do so but the device gets stuck on waiting for iPhone and eventually error 4013 will appear. Any ideas? There is a problem with communications between the NAND to the CPU....

Chosen Solution Hello A friend recently gave me an iPod Touch 1st Generation 8GB If that matters I plug it into my charger and the screen comes to the apple a few seconds later it shuts off and the only way to get the apple back is to unplug it and plug it back in then again for no more than a few seconds it shuts down iTunes doesnt see it 3uTools doesnt see if hopefully someone else has had this issue and can help thanks...

Chosen Solution I have a brand new LG (2 weeks) and it turns on immediately after I shut it down. I have nothing else plugged to it other than the power cord and it just turns on by itself within seconds of me turning it off. It’s maddening. its not settings, like auto-on or anything like that. wcolon1981 since this is a new TV you really don’t want to try anything but calling the LG support number....

Chosen Solution I’ve been attempting to repair a broken key mechanism for a MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2013, model A1502) which I’ve been given. When trying to reattach the mechanism to the keyboard I’ve noticed that two of the four retaining metal clips where the mechanism locates on the keyboard circuit board are broken. I’ve uploaded a photo (see here), if you look at the bottom of the area where the key is missing you’ll see that there are no clips....

Chosen Solution The Apple Store helped me last week, said my laptop should not have accepted the latest update and took several hours at the store, then I took it home to reinstall at home from my TimeMachine backup external drive. Now it’s crashed again! Apple tech chat says my machine is Obsolete and they can’t do anything to upgrade me. What about independent techs, are there components to upgrade so I can get away from my High Sierra, and download Big Sur?...

Chosen Solution The copy DVD stopped playing, was irratic but when I fast forwarded it, it played like the original but with no sound/no music. Original DVD is a dance DVD. I noticed it took a long time (several minutes) to burn a copy of the original DVD. Help! Get a CD/DVD head cleaner and give that a try for both drives. You may need to burn a fresh disk, make sure the disk is dust & fingerprint free and try using the slower burn speed....

The old iMac no longer powers up… Yes you can, I suggest picking up a Hard drive to USB adapter for like $10 Connect the Adapter to the drive and the computerSimply move the files from the old drive to the new one

Chosen Solution I have a Kenmore Elite He3 washer machine (circa ~2000?) that has stopped working now and is throwing the dreaded FH error code and i was hoping one of you could help me in diagnosing the problem? CHECKED LIST: checked the pump cleanout and made sure it was clearreplaced the pump motor about two months ago (F9 error), has worked properly since it was replaced (up till now naturally)checked and cleaned out the airtrap in the back, it was mostly clean except for a thin layer of dirtchecked the pressure switch (makes a clicking noise when I blow air through it)checked the pressure switch hose for any holes or clogschecked the inlet valves for any debris but they were cleanchecked the flowmeter, it was mostly clean except for a thin layer of dirt and spins freely when i blow air through itchecked for any sort of siphon problemchecked the drain hose for any clogging problems, it was mostly clean except for a thin layer of dirt NOTES: if i turn on the wash cycle, it will run for about 2-3min b/4 it errors out w an FH error codewater does fill up in the drum when i first start a cycleafter the FH error code is thrown, if i power off the machine and attempt to run another cycle w the old water still in the system the washer will pump out some of the water that is already in the system, making me believe the water pump i recently replaced is still working properly....

If your laptop starts, turn it off again and reinstall the battery. Chosen Solution Is there suppose to be two parts to the ear speaker rubbers. There is one connected to the proximity sensor and front facing camera ribbon. The other part is connected to the clear tape. I also have a small piece of black rubber not sure where it came from . The front camera has a proximity sensor which has a transparent plastic gasket that sits on the proximity sensor....

Chosen Solution For some reason, when I play a video in the browser, a orange border shows up around the video. I have all the accessibility options off so I don’t know why it is there.
